Overview - OPUS II is your production companion. Whatever you or your team are doing OPUS II is gathering prime information 24 hours a day about your process, the changes that take place, and the differing tendencies between operating teams. Whatever the pressure OPUS II will carry on collecting information and providing an unbiased view of the process that can assist Production to meet it's current operating targets but can also be questioned incessantly to aid the overall process of improvement.

Multiple Logbooks - The application allows multiple Logbooks to be created which can be personalised for individual units, assembly lines, machines or even work areas.

Live Information - Using OPUS II's ability to connect with other systems, current process operating conditions can be observed and responded to from any connected PC in the factory.

Archive - All Logbooks and event information are stored in the application database that can be recalled on demand. Logbooks and events can be selected by unit, username, shift and period. In addition individual words can be used as the search key for the events database.

OPUS II is an electronic replacement of the traditional operators paper logbook but with a difference. It provides a single point of access to important production information; Availability, Performance, Quality, Environmental and Maintenance and can be accessed by all types of personnel be they operations, Management, Engineering or Administration.
